AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
I ordered supplements from this US online store. They sent me completely the wrong item. So I never received the item I ordered and paid for. It wasn't something as simple as a brand difference or different formulation, it was a completely different item that I have no use for. I contacted their awful customer support via the chat option on their website and via email. After some time I received an email that said they would look into "how the discrepancy occurred". Thats ridiculous! I don't care how it occurred! The how isn't my problem. Fix it. I paid for something I didn't receive so at this point I've been robbed basically. I must go out of my way and post the incorrect item I received to it's intended buyer. Apparently there was a mix up. Same surname. They received my item (which I guarantee was more expensive than theirs) and I received theres. So after almost a month, after I've counted my losses and binned what they sent me in error. They expect me to post this item to someone and equally and stupidly expect the other poor buyer who has also been inconvenienced to post my item to me which they received in error. You couldn't make it up! Refund us both. The time has passed for favours. I'm not USPS, I'm not FedEx, I'm not a courier service. You're taking the P
