Stay Away!
Hello, I star is being generous. This company is not in the business of getting you clients. They are in the business of selling very minimal and poor websites for $299 that shouldn't cost you more than $99. Their premise is that there is no monthly fee for leads, you only pay on closing and for this they get a referral fee. Sounds good doesn't it? And they tell you they do this because their leads are so good that they lead to closings.. I've gotten 6 "Leads" from them in 2 months.. NOT ONE had accurate contact information. Also, the email notification does not work so if you want to keep up with their "High Quality Leads" you have to manually check your portal every five minutes so you don't miss that perfect client. I've had several conversations with customer Service and the apologize profusely and say that the will take care of the issue, I never hear from them again. As Realtors we're all working hard to get and care for clients.. this isn't the way, they take your money and run.. there are so many better ways to spend it on your business. Horrible to take Realtors hard earned money, promise hope and results then disappear. In response to your response.. I have called you on multiple occasions, you apologize, say you will take care of the problem(s) and then you do nothing. Disappear.. Ghost.. and now you want me to give you a call???? You need me to identify myself? You have my name, email and phone numbers.. that's not enough to determine that I am your client??? Doesn't this show anyone who is reading this how awful your company is?Your frauds! The most basic standard of a lead is their contact information.. you say you "vet" the leads? Doesn't vetting the lead include checking the contact info for accuracy? Just stop... Realtors, you've been warned.. Well! I did get a live transfer call on 2/20/23. The operator connected me with with a "Buyer".. Here is his criteria: Residential, any price, any city, any size.. maybe I should send him over the entire MLS.. if this isn't a bogus lead I don't know what is.. it just keeps getting worse.. oh yes, and this "Leads" email is to a Real Estate company.. make sense?
