Is this a scam ?
I eventually received a hat but was so dissapointed it was not the same hat i had bought, in shape - in crown height, colour, hatband colour and the material was like a cheap party hat completely different from the image shown. I emailed a few times including photos showing how the hat i received was not the hat i purchased! Hatsfashion replied everytime the same (what looked like an AI response) offering a partial $10 refund they explained the return shipping would be more than the $65.98 value of the item ! Seems like a scam, i want a response & a refund !!
