Here to say, once again, avoid this company at all costs. I received another email telling me they have a hassle-free returns policy yet still refusing to provide the address to send the returns. This is the NINTH email requesting a "reason" for the return. Spare yourself the stress, listen to the number of dissatisfied customers, and avoid ordering anything from this company unless you are willing to throw that money into the toilet.
Both products (linen pants) were sized inaccurately and the fit was off in almost every way but the worst part is trying to initiate a return. They require you to send an email asking for a returns initiation and then drag out the process repeatedly asking the customer to detail the same information about why they are requesting a return. It has been over a month and I still haven't been able to return my purchase. From both a customer service standpoint and a product standpoint I would definitely avoid ordering from them. There is a good chance you will be stuck with your purchase for good.
