Scam
Misleading site that implies they are in Sydney but is china based buying from 3rd party shein or temu with 500% markup. Will offer credit instead of refund, then 10% then 20% then 30% refund to keep item. If given return address that will cost you $40+ to return to China return never happens as they won't pay customs fee, will say it didn't arrive and then that it passed 30 day return policy. Will still try to claim they are Australian based company but cannot provide any Australian address or contact. I'm just glad I paid with PayPal to get my losses covered. I hope there's a way to shut their website down so no more get scammed.
