Product not delivered, lost my money
I never received my product or money back. I placed an order with several items in June 2024. Half a year later, I still haven't received the rest of my order. It was an order for over USD 150. Four weeks after I purchased the items, I received one bathing suit only. Two other bathing suits and two Kimonos have never been delivered. I've tried to reach customer service and I have NEVER received a reply. This company hasn't reimbursed USD 117.87 which they still owe me. Please DO NOT buy any product from them!!! I realized too late I'm not the only person who reports this happening. It's not a trustworthy company, they basically stole my money.
