Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I trusted Flora2000 with delivery of a rather expensive bouquet of flowers on Valentines day. Firstly, their communication is automated, delayed and poor. Secondly, the flowers were never delivered. If a flower business cannot deliver flowers on the single most important day in their business then that goes to show how inefficient and terrible they are at business. Appalled.
