terrible UCG video, takes forever to receive it. You have to emailed them multiple time in order to get your video, although they advertised only some business days to deliver. The creator DID NOT follow any instructions nor scripts you provided. The creator even mentioned another brand in my video and she filmed my video in front of her toilet. Also she flipped her video and shows my product writing in wrong direction. Terrible experience. I emailed them more than 10 times to ask them to revise or refund and return my product, they keep silent, no response and EAT $150 for 1 trash video + the expensive product I sent (although they said product will be return with prepaid label). Such a scammer.
