Stupid and insompetent
This shipping company is completely incompetent at delivering a package. There drivers mark the package as undeliverable when they don't even get out of the vehicle to see if the business is open and try the door. Or they blame the recipient when the company you buy from ships with them when the delivery address is a PO Box and say the address is invalid. then when you try contacting them about the issue they hang up on you or do not respond to emails.
