Wouldn't connect to the internet
I bought a 10GB, 30 day eSim for Mexico and it didn't work at all. Firstly, you need internet access to first access the sim, which kind of defeats the point of having an eSim in the first place. But I had wifi in my hotel, so I tried to set it up. It said that it was all set up and ready to go, but I could not access the internet anywhere. I was in major towns, too, not anywhere remote. I did all of the troubleshooting suggestions and tried in multiple different locations, but it still would not connect to any internet. However, I asked for a refund and got one straight away, which eased the frustration. But I was without internet my entire trip and had to rely on hotel wifi, which was very annoying.
