I placed an order for a waterproof wire at the exact price listed on your website, as clearly shown in the attached picture. After I completed the payment, you changed the price of the item, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. I paid the agreed price shown at the time of purchase, and that is the price you are obligated to honor. This is not the only issue I have had with your company. In a separate case, I contacted you regarding problems with my Bogist 5 M Pro. You agreed to send me a replacement dashboard. However, the item you sent was clearly used and does not work. So in total, I have experienced two serious issues with your business: Changing the price after payment Sending a used and non-functional product as a replacement This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
