I had a great experience with Dayle through the 24/7 chat regarding my Google Business subscription and questions about my current services and domain through Name.com! Dayle was extremely helpful in explaining my current plans, looking into upcoming renewal dates, and creating a comfortable environment where I felt confident that my questions and concerns were being addressed. Dayle was professional, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond throughout the entire conversation. I also really appreciated being given plenty of time to respond without feeling rushed or receiving repeated warnings that the chat would be closed due to inactivity. That made the entire experience much more relaxed and allowed me to make sure all of my questions were answered. My needs were met to the highest level, and I would absolutely rate my experience 5/5.
