Bought a travel insurance with them and I was assured of the claim and reimbursement but it has been more than a month now and I still havent got anything. No replies for my email. Got a call to reassure me that I will be getting my reimbursement in 5 working days and still nothing. Ridiculous. Why do I need to email so many times again and again but no one has ever responded to it?!
