If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of $70 snow boots. I ordered my normal size 8 but when they arrived i couldn't even get them halfway on, they looked more like a child's size. Forget trying to return anything to this company; the cheapest shipping charge to China I could find was $90 thru the post office. They will not pay for return shipping. When I tried to communicate with customer service I repeatedly got AI scripts back, never addressing my questions. I wish I would've read reviews before ordering. Do not order from this company!!!!
