Well my parcel got lost,
Well my parcel got lost, then they tried to resend me the items but they werent in stock anymore. So they offered me rather gift cards or to replace those items. Sure I am mad, cause I didnt get my items, but they did everything to make me happy. Also they are very kind. The only thing I would criticize is that they are not avaible all the time so you have to be patient
