Avoid this service!
Avoid! Bus ticket had the wrong address for the bus station. The address was for an office in the wrong place, so made my way to the nearest station. They informed me I couldn’t use the ticket so I purchased another ticket there as delaying would have meant I missed my flight. I emailed their customer services and asked for a refund due to this reason. They said that they won’t issue a refund as I used another bus provider. I told them that the address was wrong and I could have missed my flight, but they refused to accept this or give me any kind of refund.
