Waited, but made it a little better…
It’s been 1 week and 4 days and still do not have a tracking number and no idea when we I’ll receive our delivery. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a good experience and just sent a 4th email, hoping to get a response…? Price was good and paid $20 for expedite shipping which hasn’t been a benefit for the money… Update: thank you for the refund (without having to ask for it) since the item wasn’t shipped as requested. Looking forward to receiving my sons helmet tomorrow.
