★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing – Misleading and Faulty Product I purchased two watches from iGoo-Mall that were advertised as being able to monitor blood sugar and other health stats. Unfortunately, they do not work as described. • The batteries are useless – I fully charged the watches, left them unused by my bedside, and by morning they were completely flat. • The health features don’t function properly – I specifically bought these to monitor my blood sugar (as advertised), but the readings don’t change whether the watch is on my wrist or not, which clearly shows it isn’t actually measuring anything. I contacted customer service and explained the issue, but they’re asking for a video—even though the problem happens overnight while idle. It’s clear these watches are not fit for purpose. I feel misled by the advertising and will now be requesting a chargeback from my credit card company. Avoid this seller if you’re expecting functional health monitoring devices.
