As a new to Luminar customer
As a new to Luminar customer, I’ve needed a little hand holding so to speak. On each and every occasion I’ve received nothing but the best in customer support. I worked in the telecom industry for many years and headed up customer service organizations. From my professional view, Skylum customer service is industry leading. From timeliness of response to resolution, Skylum is tops. And I must say I am very impressed with the Luminar editing features and will be a long term customer. Now with the Prime addition, it’s icing on the cake.
