I still still have not received my order that I ordered since 2 days after Thanksgiving. I keep emailing them to find out what's going on and don't no one replies back to me. So I'm in the process of sending all my information to the Better Business Bureau. They said my order was supposed to be delivered on December 18th or 19th I have nothing.
I ordered 2 pair of pants 2 days after Thanksgiving and today is December 18th 2023 and still haven't received my pants. Everytime I email them, some lady name Joy always reply saying something about the logistics. And when I check the status it always shows that your order is in transit. I don't even want the order now just give me my refund or I will be contacting the BBB.
I ordered this outfit and it is way too big so Tina told me to keep the outfit and they will refund me my money back. She was very nice and I will be ordering again from this website.
