Staff conduct and behavior
Was doing check out at the self check out counter at around 10 plus am and I could hear very loudly the cashier complaining very loudly to another lady who is manning the check out self help counter about a customer wanting to take more plastic bags . They were talking while serving customer at the same time and the full conversation could be heard loudly by customer , with comments even saying only Singaporean does that not their native china peopple (ps: they are both native Chinese) and conversing in mandarin . I do understand sometimes customer are a bit too much to ask for or take more plastic bags , but as a customer service staff , first it is not nice to talk bad about a customer after they have left the store and it will be nice to keep your discussion to perhaps yourself or while on break and not broadcast it out loudly . It is actually quite annoying to hear such loud conversation going on while doing my grocery shopping , especially from ntuc staff members . This has been my regular shopping place almost every other day and I had always meet very helpful staffs , but lately I notice a change in cashier and loud conversation going on during working hours , perhaps the manager of the branch can look into addressing this issue , as the loud conversation is very unpleasant .
