Have made 8 regular payments, 2 "over payments" in advance to go towards principal, and both payments did not go fully towards principal as intended. 6 of the "regular" on time payments totaling over $900++ and ZERO applied to principal. 2 "advance/early" payments totaling $650 and only $182 went towards principal. ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS IN PAYMENTS!!! $257 towards principal!!! TOTAL BALANCE AMOUNT DUE SHOWING IS NOW HIGHER THAN LOAN AMOUNT!!! Show NO option to make Principal Payments in advance on payment portal. Made several phone calls to inquire about how to make principal advance payments before regular payments were due and was told "We don't do that, we always take interest first."!!! WE ARE DONE WHEN TOTAL PAYMENTS EXCEED ORIGINAL LOAN AMOUNT BY $300...end of discussion!!
