This works my wife has been on the sachets for a year takes one per day, her pulmonary fibrosis although low percentage has in a recent scan not got any worse , for the last 7 or 8 years every winter she takes 2 chest infections first about November and another February to march and requires antibiotics and a course of steroids to clear it up but this year has gone through the winter without any chest infections , her cough is now almost gone where it was terrible , so with no hesitation I recommend this product , coming from overseas takes a little time but always gets delivered
