Order #115472666 - Refusing 2-Year Warranty on SSD (artid=1968) and Ghosting Ticket
I purchased a MOVESPEED 1TB NVMe SSD from Banggood (Order #115472666), delivered June 15, 2025. The SSD died completely (undetected in BIOS). Banggood's official policy page (artid=1968) clearly states Solid State Drives carry a 2-Year Warranty (valid through June 2027). When I provided proof and cited their own policy table, customer support stopped responding and has ghosted Ticket #20260927174802000071 for over 4 days. Unacceptable after-sales service and refusal to honor their written warranty.
