Still waiting... this company created a shipping label but has never shipped the item. Do they think we are all fools? Order at your own risk!

I ordered and paid for a ring set
I ordered and paid for a ring set. They will not send me any shipping updates and it is impossible to speak to customer service. I finally got a response to the many emails I sent telling me that the item is unavailable. I tried to get a substitute or refund, but no response. However, if you leave something in your shopping cart, they contact you right away and ask you to check out. I will never order anything from them again. I am going to report this to the BBB and hopefully they will investigate. Automated responses and scam site.
