I'd rather walk through a dessert blind folded and covered in honey than deal with these people anymore . Eight month old bike has broke four times when a new bike was requested or a refund roundly told no and that they would send parts so I could fix it ,myself have fixed it the first three myself and outta my own pocket . Told it was out to long eight months !!!!!! Having now to take its partner in ireland Pogo Cycles through the small claims court for satisfaction . Do yourself a favour and get your bike somewhere else with a company that is in some way professional
