Very frustrated in Ohio
We ordered a seat in November 2022, for a square body Chevy/GMC. We were informed about a 3 month lead time and received the seat in estimated time,👍🏻. however, after having 2 guys spend a couple hours moving brackets back and forth, we concluded the sub frame/ brackets would not fit the truck mounting system, so, we have been working to get this resolved for almost 2 weeks now and seem to be getting nothing but the run around from Shop4seats!!! Very frustrating trying to get them to even listen! I requested to speak with a manager or salesperson, but, they seem to be hiding behind the phone staff!!! Our first order and already very frustrated in Ohio! Jim S Square Body Guys
