I received my $5.00 cash out from the Multipolls website, but the $5.90 on the app disappeared/vanished. This was not right! I know this information can be found in your system because it should have been recorded and documented. I had a total of $5.67 on the website and $5.90 on the app. I would like to be compensated for the missing $5.90. Can someone please help me? Thank you!
