Why Visa Card payment still occurs booking charge
I am satisfied with the tickets information on your web, it’s easy to use. However, when I bought the tickets, I found you charged me the booking charge HKD150 for each ticket, while your web says no booking charge will occur if Visa credit card is used. I used Citibank Visa card as I ever used to buy tickets from you as before, but this time the booking charge was not exempted. I wonder why and tried to contact you by phone, the number you provided seems not effective. I tried to contact you by email, but there’s no reply. I tried to use chat bot but all the answers are pre-set. It’s really a waste of time. I am disappointed.
