USELESS Support
I bought a smartwatch at the end of November 2022, it was shipped and delivered in Greece approximately after a month. By mid of January 2023, the watch stopped charging, and after several emails and long waiting to receive answers by the Support team, there is still no actual solution offered and they won't accept it back to give me a refund. This might be a cheap watch but it is still not expected and not serious at all from a company to sell goods that fail to work after very short period of use and are not responsible enough to give a refund. If you don't want to just throw away your money and lose your time, don't buy from Tom Top.
