Made a mistake and they fixed it
I just had a great experience with bookonsardticket.com I booked a ticket really early in the morning and when I received it realised that I made an error and chose the wrong departure city. They booked me a new ticket really quickly, without additional charge. Thank you that's what I call customer service :-)
