Poor Customer Experience
After this Trustpilot case was published, I was offered either a full refund or a new service, on the condition that I update or remove the review. Since the service experience so far has been very poor, I am only adjusting the rating one step up for now, and I hope the service will be delivered as promised going forward. Summary of the issues so far: • VIP support was slow or unresponsive across multiple platforms • Service stopped last minute before scheduled continuation • Poor communication and lack of coordination I will update this review again if I receive proper service during the process and once the service is fully completed.
