I've bought various things from this site... But this time, this time have been awful. So i ordered a phone for me and my husband, the phones were out of stuck but not taken down from the website... Fair enough, they find another phone to substitute for. Then i answer that it's fine... Then that phone apparently went out of stock... Then i send 3 different phones from their shop, they were 20 dollar more expensive each. That was fine but apparently i had to pay the extra 40 dollars... So i did, and apparently that went out of stock too... I made my purchase of these phones at the end of april, cause we need them before our trip jun 26'th. And now they still haven't sent them. Every time i contact costumer support, they tell me to wait for an email from them. Which takes over 24 hours to get their reply. I dont have that time anymore... We're leaving soon... Now i've asked for a full refund and bought it from another website... Really bad, wont buy from them again. Hope i get a full refund.
