Exceptionally Poor Experience
My fiancée has received a bridesmaids dress from them that is faulty and they are refusing to solve the issue. We’re getting married in less than a month and when we try to call the customer services the call just disconnects and the social media and email just keep fobbing us off. We did try posting this on their Facebook but they deleted the post. They’re a very shady company indeed. It has been FAR from good customer service.
