NOT RELIABLE - AVOID
NOT RELIABLE - AVOID - AVOID !!! We got informed 14 hours in advance that our 07h00 bus ride from Sapa to Hanoi airport was canceled. The compagne was offering to leave at 22h00 (4 jours after the email that we received while trekking) or at 14h00 the following day which was way to late for our international flight. We ended up stressing during 4 hours and finally booked a terrible little van filled with people and having to have my two backpacks on me and for 3 times the amount we had previously paid. Worst service ever, thank you for ruining our last evening in Sapa.
