try to charge extra after sale made
Billed me asking for more money after the sale was made, i stupidly paid it as i needed the products fast and could not wait for a refund to process. After i paid the extra amount i got an email saying they are not shipping from Europe but from China which takes longer and would now it would have to be taxed when arriving in my country. This was such an unprofessional way to do business i decided to ask for a refund and suck up waiting for it to process. They did refund me the very next day, adding a note saying if i bought it again they would remove the extra cost but i said the damage is done its too late i can't work with a shady company like that. The products are pretty HIGH QUALITY but i can't do business like that. If they were straight forward at the start it would not have been a problem.
