Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Tried to order a gift for a family member and it was nothing like advertised. Don’t waste your time or money.

Can’t say I would recommend
I received an item that had scratches on it, and found several hairs both on the item and in the product box. Customer service told me to wash it with soap and water. Not comfortable using it and risking disease, I don’t know who used the toy before I got it, anyone familiar with life sciences knows soap and water doesn’t kill advanced bacteria like that. Won’t be going out of my way to get expensive lab grade cleaners for an already expensive toy that should’ve arrived unused. Not very professional.
