Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I had a scheduled appt in the Santa Monica store Monday 11/4. No one showed up. Planned my morning around the meeting. There is no one to call or online text with. I appreciate efficiency but you guys take it too far. We still need people to service businesses. Shame
