Took a while but totally worth it!
I definitely made the mistake of placing an order right before their “Chinese New Year” so shipping took longer than expected; however, customer service was very friendly, timely, and informative. They even allowed me to make customizations and personalize my machine with my logo. I appreciate how they quickly responded and gave me continuous updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was up with my order… I’ve had my 30K cavitation machine for 2.5 weeks now and the results on my clients are amazing! 🤩Made the wait well worth it to get the machine I was completely happy with! I’m on my way to purchase my second machine from MyChway :)
