My Airlines provide no service since the check-in counter. Staff is rude and don’t understand your situation. They didn’t allow us to check in for the flight even though it got delayed and we still had 40 mins. Then, they promised to catch the next one , we waited for the manager to come for 30 mins and he told us that the flight is already full. So irresponsible, arrogant, rude staff that don’t care about customers. It was my first and last experience flying this airline. And don’t recommended to anyone in future.
