On March 31st I left a 3 stars review stating that I had several issues with the RGB Mini device. Today I'm revising it because I have had a good after-sale support. I realized the issue was not with the device itself but with my car (SEAT Leon mk3 5f), because I tried it on another car and it worked just fine, connecting immediately. The customer care was very responsive with fast replies and, since I decided to keep the device anyway, they offered me a 60% refund due to the fact that my car model was listed in their compatible vehicles even though my car has issues with the RGB Mini. Wish it had worked, but all in all I'm not complaining!
