Do NOT use them
Absolutely horrible experience as first time buyers. This agency is using independent contractors who are completely incompetent! We tried to purchase a property through them. The independent contractor Danielle C showed us the property and reassured us more than 10 times it was of standard construction. After over 500 gbp paid in agency fees and 2 months of paperwork, the bank came back to us to say it's non-standard! The agency refuses to give us a refund and to acknowledge that they have made a mistake of not properly checking and advertising the property! What a nightmare!
