Misleading offer
I purchased SuperCool after seeing their sales page advertising the $8 offer as unlocking the full content-creation workflow. The page specifically presented the offer as including “every use case, every model, every workflow” and said there would be “no surprises.” After paying $8, I was immediately presented with additional paid plans and the $8 purchase was described as a “Basic” plan, with functionality apparently requiring further payment. This was not what I understood I was purchasing from the sales page. I also spent significant time trying to understand what I had actually paid for instead of being able to use the promised workflow. I am now requesting a refund. I’m posting this so potential customers can carefully check what is actually included in the $8 offer before paying. Save screenshots of the sales page before purchasing, because the marketing claims and the post-purchase experience did not match my experience.
