The cooling fan motor is going out…
The cooling fan motor is going out after only having the press for one month. I received it 2/12/23 and the motor started making extremely loud noises 3/14/23 and does not quit unless you pound on the top “arm” multiple times. You absolutely cannot contact this company with any sort of ease. No phone answering practices. All I ever get is “The Google Number Subscriber is not answering at this time” or something like that. You can “chat” but it fills out an email form to which no one responds. I really wanted to like this press. I wish I could attach the loud ass video.
