It was an easy back and forth to get the product right. Unfortunately I picked the wrong size for printing. The online representation of the product was larger than the actual size that I received. Making it a worthless purchase. The quality looks good but I really can’t see because so much is in a very small area.
3-4 weeks after being approved and agreeing to terms I am still awaiting the paperwork to get my equipment registered to use. The process for payment and title/registration is detailed as it should be, however, Leaf waits days between steps to move on to the next step. The entire process could be completed in less than a week if they would consolidate this process. Having several different people and departments handling the different stages makes this whole process unnecessarily time consuming and frustrating. I do 2 -3 loans per year, and I have never had an experience this bad. Leaf gave me a good rate, but that rate was not worth the horrible experience I had. Staff was very insistent that they wanted my business and pushed for it with 3 different representatives, but the end result is not beneficial to them. I will not be considering them in the future. I will be going back to the firms that do this type of loan with expedience. Large truck purchases are definitely not their forte.
