No communication about delays, must always contact them. Assigned someone on vacation....
Waited 3 weeks then contacted them... Remember: "Standard processing time: ship within 5 to 7 Business Days" Told me PC case was not available so "no eta" and they did not bother to contact me about the issue. Sounded like they switched me to another PC case. Waited another week they told me that they assigned me a guy that was on vacation so no eta...vacation what?! Wasted over a month so I cancelled. They do not contact you about any problems nor their website state any problems...I had to contact them all the time for any update and at those time is when they updated the status on their website... Only positive is they are prompt in email responses...however, every response is vague and do not tell you much even if you ask for info.
