I reached out to 5 companies. The communication and correspondence with Signature Pins was GREAT! They were prompt and took the time to be personable, where other companies just sent auto-replies. The changes that were made were fast as well. All in all, the customer service was TOP NOTCH and the price was in line with, or better than, the competition. Will only do business with Signature Pins in the future!
