My wife fell down a staircase on a ship in Scotland hitting her head and injuring her back. I reached out to Faye while she was in a trauma bay receiving treatment. Very thankfully, she is fine. It was very helpful to have the support of Faye during that stressful time knowing that we would have assistance and coverage if needed while we were overseas. A representative reached out to me several days later to check in and see how my wife was doing and whether we needed any further assistance. That was much appreciated!
