I ordered a cable with USB-C/jack
I ordered a cable with USB-C and jack-end for my headphone. The cable transports no sound, so it is useless to me. Weeks on end I've send e-mails to know how to return the item and to get a refund. They still answer my mails, but with the weirdest questions, like send us a picture with the proof the product is no good. If someone knows how to proof the lack of sound with a picture, be my guest. I even made a video as proof, but it is too heavy to mail, so I sent it with wetransfer.com. Twice! They do not download the video. Meanwhile I get other mails like: "we're so sorry you didn't receive the order"?! Still going since 27/02/2023. I think they hope that I give up, as the cable was not that expensive, but no, I will not. They should not be in business!
