Joseph is great at what he does
Joseph is really good at what he does, and is always able to engage participants really well with his expertise in Gallup Strengths as well as his ability to connect with participants! Joseph is able to interpret the results very accurately and is very knowledgable on the research and validation data of the assessment. I've observed him running this for my clients as well as participated in the session twice myself. Every session has a different dynamic of course, but each of these sessions were unique, insightful, and informative :)
